On 1 September 2023, Precision Tsugami held a ceremony to mark the 9^th batch of graduate joining the Company. A total of 102 graduates from colleges or above institutions attended the ceremony.

General Manager Mr. Tang and Deputy General Manager Mr. Li spoke on stage, expressing their warm welcome to the new hires. They also detailed the Company's development history, the development and prospects of the industry, plus expressed their high hopes for them.

One of the new employees Wang Fuxing from the Grinder Business Division shared what he has learned after entering the Company and his aspirations for the future. Then, Li Bangfei from the Production Technology Department talked about his thoughts and experience at work, and also his expectations of these younger graduates.
