On September 1^st, 2020, the company held the sixth admission ceremony for new graduates.

With the development of the company, standards for introduction of talents in terms of quality and quantity has also risen. Therefore, in recent years, the company has continuously recruited university graduates and postgraduates, as well as graduates from vocational education.

The company holds a new graduate entrance ceremony on the first work day in September each year. Fresh graduates are welcomed to join, so that they can transition into their roles, find their positioning and integrate into the Tsugami family as soon as possible.
